Deductibility of humanitarian donations to organisations engaged in humanitarian aid, development co-operation or emergency aid, which are collecting donations  according to § 4a Z 3 and 4 of Income Tax Act

The request of above mentioned applicant has been complied on 15th Oct. 2009 in compliance with the requirements of § 4a Z 3 and 4 of Income Tax Act. From 16th Oct. 2009 on the applicant will be beneficiary of organisations engaged in humanitarian aid, development co-operation or emergency aid, which are collecting donations according to § 4a Z 3 and 4 of Income Tax Act
